Fiserv FREE Online Training
Online classes utilize the Internet to facilitate your start-up training. Live, one-hour online classes are offered the first full week each month.

  • Benefit: This serves as a refresher for existing users and a good overview of the functionality for new software users. Bear in mind these 1 hour sessions while interactive are designed to give an overview.
  • Training delivery: All users are connected via a teleconference bridge while viewing the trainer’s screen. Feel free to select a day and topic that interests you and join that session. If unable to attend that session, you may rejoin at the next offering.

V4 online training classes are offered weekdays at 11 a.m. CST. I4 online training classes are offered weekdays at 1 p.m. CST. Compete online training courses are offered weekdays at 3 p.m. CST. You can get instructions and also join online at www.yourclub.net/clientcare (your Client Care website) under the ‘Training’ menu option. Following are the topics covered each day.

On-Site Training at Your Club (Highly Recommended)

  • Benefit: Under this program, a corporate trainer(s) will visit your facility and conduct in-depth training tailored to your business needs. This allows you to train more employees at your facility and is conducted around their schedules.

Typically two to three days of training are recommended. Multi-facilities may select an expanded period. You select whichever is best for your facility.

All expenses incurred by the trainer(s), including airfare, hotel, rental car and meals, are paid directly by Fiserv and billed to the client. Exceptions apply for training that is non-billable. This is determined by your selected product and service offering.

  • Training delivery: Training is conducted usually in the facility’s live database or on a training database (decided by facility).

Classroom Training – Houston TX
Our software solutions training programs are held monthly at our dedicated client training theater equipped with video conferencing capabilities, demo stations and client lounge.

Reservations are handled on a first-come, first-served basis, and seats fill up quickly. Individuals who should attend this training session include owners/managers, bookkeepers, data entry liaisons, IT personnel or anyone desiring training on the software (in many cases, this might be one person). See the 2010 Class Schedule below.

Telephone Training
Telephone training provides an overview of the software and various application modules tailored to your club. You may purchase training sessions in hourly increments for all of our club management software products (Compete, v4, i4 and EFT Web). Please consult your sales executive for pricing.
